Chris and Francine Simone both grew up in Santa Clara County (living in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Cupertino, and Los Altos) and know the entire Bay Area very well.They married in 1995 after both graduating from college with 4 year degrees. They also have an MBA and a Broker license as well. They have 3 children, ages 9, 8, and 2.They are both full time Realtors and have been licensed with the California Department of Real Estate since 1999. They are mortgage brokers too and help their clients with loans of all types.They enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers, helping them exceed their real estate goals.They are extremely aggressive negotiators which leads to exceptional results. They are innovative thinkers and have some creative ways of adding a lot of value for their clients.
