How
to Create a FREE Account on the FullTilt Poker Site
All online events will be held on the FullTilt poker
site. They are one of the largest online poker sites. If you don’t
have a FullTilt account, it is free and easy to set one up. Simply go to www.FullTiltPoker.com and click on the
red ‘Play for Free’ button in the middle of the page. NOTE: You must get the software from their .COM site. They also have a site called www.FullTiltPoker.NET and if you download that version you will not be able to see the necessary private tournaments! You will need to
download their software and create an account (shouldn’t take more than a
couple of minutes to do and you’ll be ready to go). You shouldn’t need to
provide them with any personal information other than your name and an email
address. The site lets you play for real money or play money. All
of the events that I am going to host will be 100% free to play. If you
have any problems with this, please feel free to contact me.
I would recommend setting up your free FullTilt account a
day before the first event you play in (so that you aren't rushed).
Note: You never have to use any of your real money to
participate in any of the events of this promotion. You never have to put
money into your FullTilt account.
Once you have an account setup with FullTilt, here’s what
you do to get to the free tournament:
Step 0: BE SURE YOU HAVE REGISTERED ON THIS SITE TO
PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION [CLICK HERE] You will need to be registered 3 days prior to the start of the next tournament!
Step 1: Launch the FullTilt game software from
your computer
Step 2: There is a choice between ‘Real Money’ and ‘Play
Money’…Make sure you select ‘Real Money’ (this tourney costs you nothing, but
you can win real money). Note: If you do not see this option (Real vs Play Money) then you probably downloaded the wrong version of the FullTilt software. You need to download from their website at www.FullTiltPoker.COM and not from www.FullTiltPoker.NET.
Step 3: Select the box/tab that says ‘Tournaments’ and
then the tab that says ‘Private’
Step 4: Scroll down and find the date and time that the
free monthly tournament is scheduled for. Under the 'BuyIn'
column it should say 'Freeroll' (meaning it costs you
nothing). Click on that tournament.
Step 5: Another window will open with the details of this
tournament. The title of the tournament should read something like ‘The
Simone Team MonthX Event’. Click on ‘Register’. Select the radio button and click 'ok'. Then you are
ready to play!
When it is time for the tournament, make sure you have
the FullTilt software running and that you have the tournament window
open. When the event starts, a new window will open with a virtual
poker table and all the players. Enjoy!
