There are several ways to qualify for
the Grand Finale events for Promotion #10
You can qualify for our Grand Finale event even if you play in just ONE of our free monthly events!

Promo #10 will have a BONUS live Grand Finale all of you should be able to participate in!
In order to celebrate our TENTH promotion we will be giving out TWO Grand Prizes! The Bonus live Grand Finale will work like this.... Anyone that gets someone new to join in our free promotion (and the new person plays in at least one of the online monthly events) will qualify to play in a Bonus live Grand Finale for a Grand Prize package! In order to play in the Bonus live Grand Finale you will have to bring that new person to play also in the Bonus live Grand Finale event (or someone else that is new to our promotions). I will offer this Bonus live Grand Finale as long as we get at least 50 new players to register and join during the 5 month long promotion. For each additional new player you get to join in the fun, you will receive an additional $1000 in starting chips in the Bonus Grand Finale, so the more you sign up the better off you will be. Reminder: Participants must live or work in Santa Clara County or Fremont to play. If you qualify for the regular Grand Finale and the Bonus Grand Finale you are welcome to play in BOTH...doubling your chances to win a grand prize. This Bonus Grand Finale is our way of continuing to say "Thanks!" to all those that spread the word about our fun, free promotion. This bonus live tournament could have anywhere between 30-100 players. If we don't meet a minimum number of players we reserve the right to not have this Bonus Grand Finale. We also may have to cap the total number of players, so it is best to get people registered to play in our monthly tournaments as early as possible! Be sure to tell people that you get to register that they should list YOU as the person that told them about it. Good luck!
This Bonus live Grand Finale will take place on either May 12th or May 13th, 2012 in San Jose ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
We
are
hosting FREE online tournaments once every month for the next 5 months.
There will be two tournaments on each night and you are encouraged to
play in both (...that way if you get knocked out of one you can
hopefully still do well in the other one). In each of these tournaments
you can win cash, prizes, and points.
These 10 free tournaments all build up to our Grand Finale Live Event for the
WSOP prize package.
You qualify for the final Grand Finale Live Event by participating in
some
or all of the 10 online tournaments (roughly every month). This is similar to what we
have done for previous promotions and everybody has been having a great
time!
Our regular live Grand Finale event will be 3 tables with ~30 players played on Sunday May 20th, 2012. Here are all the different ways to qualify for the regular Grand Finale Event to win the WSOP prize package and other prizes:
- 2 spots for the top two finishers in the month 2 main event online @ 8:00pm event (Jan 10th)
- 1 spot for the top finisher in the month 2 2nd Chance Event
online @ 8:00pm event (Jan 10th)
- 2 spots for the top two finishers in the month 3 main event online @ 8:00pm event (Feb 7th)
- 1 spot for the top finisher in the month 3 2nd Chance Event
online @ 8:00pm event (Feb 7th)
- 2 spots for the top two finishers in the month 4 main event online @ 8:00pm event (Mar 6th)
- 1 spot for the top finisher in the month 4 2nd Chance Event
online @ 8:00pm event (Mar 6th)
- 2 spots for the top two finishers in the month 5 main event online @ 8:00pm event (Apr 3th)
- 1 spot for the top finisher in the month 5 2nd Chance Event
online @ 8:00pm event (Apr 3th)
- 2 spots for the top two finishers in the month 6 main event online @ 8:00pm event (May 1st)
- 1 spot for the top finisher in the month 6 2nd Chance Event
online @ 8:00pm event (May 1st)
- 1 spot for the "Bounty Tourney" (Wed May 3rd, 2012 at 8:00pm online)
- The 10 people that
knock Chris (LuvinPoker NICKNAME: 'SimoneTeam1') out of each of the 10 events will play in a bonus tournament. The winner of
this 10 person event will qualify to play in our Grand Finale live
event. The Bounty prize each month for knocking Chris out is a $25
gift card...Good luck!
- 2 spots for the top 2 finishers of an invitation only online event for those that
helped me promote this overall promotion (tell your friends!) (Wed May 3rd, 2012 at 8:00pm online)
- You
are
invited to spread the word to your family, friends, neighbors,
co-workers, etc. that would also be interested in this promotion. The
only requirements are that they are over 21 and they live or work in
Santa Clara County or
Fremont (trying to keep this local). Anyone that helps spread the word
will play in a bonus free online tournament
and the winner of that event will qualify for our Grand Finale live
event. It is a much smaller event than the regular monthly
tournament. I'm only expecting about 20-30 people in this one, so your odds are much better.
- Remember: By getting at least one new person to register and play in our free promotion you both also qualify for our Bonus Grand Finale event (see above)!
- 5 spots for the top 5 point winners after removing all above qualifiers
- In each of the 12 free monthly online events you participate in, you will receive points depending on how well you do (CLICK HERE for details). After
removing all those that have already qualified (from above), we will
take the next 5 highest point totals and those people will qualify for
our free Grand Finale Live Event. It is in your best interest to play in as many of the
free monthly tournaments as you can! You can check the Standings to see how you are doing.
- 3 spots for the top 3 finishers in the live "Top Points Invitational Tourney" (Saturday May 19th, 2012 LIVE EVENT noon to 6pm)
- As
a
way to reward those that accumulate a lot of points, but didn't
qualify already for the Grand Finale by any of the above methods, the
top 30 point winners (that haven't already qualified) for the overall
promotion (the 10 free monthly online events) will be invited to play in
a free live tournament. Sort of a "Second Chance" event. There will
be a prize pool (TBD) plus the top 3 finishers will qualify for our
Grand Finale live event for the WSOP prize package. People that have
already qualified for the Grand Finale will not be allowed to play in
this event. As people RSVP leading up to this event, when we hear of
people that cannot make it we start to go down the point list on the
Standings page....usually getting down to the top 40-50 people. Twice
before the overall Grand Finale winner has come through this path.
- 1 spot for our "Double your Chances" offer (an easy way for you to get a spot in the Grand Finale!)
- 1 spot to the person that gets the most friends to join in the fun!
- I really like to reward people for spreading the word about our
promotion to their LOCAL poker friends. Whoever gets the most people
to Register and play in at least 1 event will get a spot in our Grand
Finale event (plus a $100 gift card)! I'm going to keep a running tally HERE to show who's in

If someone I don't already know registers for this promotion I always give them a quick call to introduce myself and verify they are eligible
to play in our promotion (In order to keep things fair to everyone else
that is playing)
BONUS:
If you qualify more than one time for the Grand Finale, you will be
rewarded! Anyone that qualifies more than once will be rewarded with
additional starting chips (25% more) in the Grand Finale event. In the
event that someone qualifies more than once.
ADDITIONAL BONUS:
To reward those that accumulate the most overall points (during the 10
free monthly online events only), the top 5 overall point winners will
be rewarded with 25% more chips to start the Grand Finale. This is
your incentive to play in the online event each month and to do the
best you can (...even if you've already qualified). Good luck! [Note:
No player will start the Grand Finale with more than 25% in bonus chips] Our
free Grand Finale Live Event will be held in San Jose on Sunday May 20th, 2012. It will have ~30
players going for cash, prizes, and the winner will be going to
Las Vegas to play in the World Series of Poker in June plus $500 in traveling
expenses.
